1. CORPORATE GRADE
Corporate Membership is available to register companies who are into Innovation Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Marketing, Business Administration and Management, Sales and Marketing, Social and Digital Marketing or services in worldwide.

2. DOCTORAL FELLOW (DR…………FCIIM)
Doctoral Fellow Membership is awarded to holder of PhD or any Doctorate Professional Certificate Level, Qualifications or Equivalent with a record of  outstanding achievement and competence business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing plus at least 20 years of working experience at senior innovation and marketing management levels in any fields. As a Doctoral Fellow Member, you will be internationally recognized both for your professional standing and his contribution you make to the innovation marketing profession.

3. FELLOW (FCIIM)
Fellow Memberships are awarded to existing Members (FCIIM) with a record of  outstanding achievement and competence in business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing. As a Fellow, you will be internationally recognized both for your professional standing and the contribution you make to the sale and innovation management profession. Our Fellows have a strong voice in the sector and we encourage all of our senior Members to seek Fellowship status.

Fellow is the membership grade is only awarded to those who: are 45 years of age or older; have at least 15 years’ experience in one or more sectors of the business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing, or is holding or have held a senior position of responsibility in the innovation and marketing management or similar industry concerned have already qualified as a Full Member and held the status for not less than five years; have demonstrated a record of significant contribution in one or more sectors of innovation and marketing management and similar industry concerned or related to the membership for which the application is made.

OR
In exceptional circumstances, where the candidate is deemed to merit enrollment and receives a majority of at least two thirds of these empowered and in attendance for the purpose of granting fellowship.

4. CHARTERED MEMBER (MCIIM)
Also known as Full membership is open to applicants who:
1. Have had at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in one or more sectors of the business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing, or membership related sectors including at least two years in a position of responsibility at a professional level.

AND

2. Possess relevant qualifications achieved by examination, such as:
– relevant degree with or without a postgraduate qualification
–  relevant national diploma/certificate
– CIIM membership examination

OR

3. In the absence of formal qualifications, have demonstrated professional knowledge and experience, or in exceptional cases, by the submission of a written paper, which meets the criteria laid down by the panel
of assessors, so appointed for the purpose by the Council.

OR

4. Be fully employed in a professional capacity in business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing related education or training, or in a promotional agency, centrally involved with the hospitality industry or the related industry.

5. ASSOCIATE MEMBER (ACIIM)
To provide for those who do not yet qualify for full membership, the Institute offers Associate Membership. Associate Members must be at least 20  years of age, working  as business manager, innovator and marketing manager, sales or marketer and other sectors  and have achieved, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification.
Other relevant professional / vocational qualifications achieved by examination will be taken into account in assessing the membership.

6. GRADUATE (GCIIM)
CIIM recognizes that for many fresh graduate in Innovation Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Marketing, Business administration and Management, Sales and Marketing, Social and Digital Marketing graduates, the sense of belonging to, and the ability  to participate in, the work of the institute are all that they require professionally. Graduate membership is ideal if you are just starting out and want to build your business management, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing, knowledge, network with other sectors of industries professionals and keep up to date with, innovation and marketing management, sales and marketing issues. Your CIIM membership starts here. Graduate membership is the starting point for the higher levels of CIIM membership or if you are aiming at Associate, Full, or Fellow memberships or sign up on one of the Registers.

 

7. AFILIATE MEMBER

   The Institute welcomes and seeks to attract applications from undergraduate students from Universities, Polytechnic, Colleges of Education or Professional Institute who will normally be registered, on a full-time or part-time basis, for one of the Management Science, Innovation Management and Marketing related qualifications or business related qualifications. Student members will normally become Members automatically, by providing evidence of successful completion of their final examinations from Universities, Polytechnic, Colleges of Education or related Professional Institute and in certain circumstances, employment level in industry.

8. STUDENT MEMBER

   The Institute welcomes and seeks to attract applications from  students, who will normally be registered, on a full-time or part-time basis,  for one of the Innovation and Marketing related qualifications or business related qualifications noted under Full Membership or Associate Membership. Student members will normally become Members automatically, by providing evidence of successful completion of their examinations and in certain circumstances, employment level in industry.
